CHARACTERISTICS

• Formwork oil DE 120 is a special product based on synthetic oils with special emulsions, designed to prevent metal or wooden formwork from sticking. It is used in all types of formwork, in the production of pre-cast elements, revolving formwork.

• The results for exposed concrete or precast concrete elements are of extremely high quality. The use of the formwork oil does not interfere with subsequent construction work on the concrete surfaces.Suitable for use on wooden, metal and plastic formwork;

• It is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:10 to 1:20 depending on the type of formwork and provides an invisible film with excellent characteristics between the formwork and the concrete;

• Provides better appearance and easy unpacking;

• Prevents concrete from sticking to forms and formwork;

• It does not affect the time for concrete to harden;

• Does not damage the surface of the concrete, does not leave stains and does not stain the concrete;

• Undiluted withstands cold and frost, does not contain solvents, is not carcinogenic;

• Consumption: According to the type of formwork: For wooden formwork, 1 liter of concentrate is diluted with 20 liters of water. 80 to 100 m² of wooden formwork is covered with the resulting solution. (210 – 260 ml/m²) For metal formwork, 1 liter

• of concentrate is diluted with 10 liters of water. 80 to 100 m² of metal formwork is covered with the resulting solution. (110 – 140 ml/m²)
