KERAMOL® Plus adhesive for ceramic tiles - 25 kg.

KERAMOL Plus is an adhesive for ceramic tiles based on hydraulic binders, specially selected aggregates, synthetic polymers and additives. Suitable for bonding ceramic tiles, stone mosaics and stone tiles. It is intended for placing ceramic tiles in the interior, on wall and floor surfaces. Also for rooms with a short-term influence of increased humidity (kitchens, bathrooms, toilets) and for exterior work, when absorbent tiles are glued on absorbent surfaces.

How to use:
Add 25 kg of KERAMOL Plus to 7 L of water and mix until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. Wait 15 minutes, then stir vigorously again. The mixture thus prepared is ready to be applied and must be used within 2 hours. The surfaces on which the glue is applied must be wearable, cleaned of dust, grease and other dirt.Larger roughness is filled with KERAMOL Plus glue one day before laying the tiles. Before applying the adhesive, prime the surface with a suitable MAXIKRIL primer depending on the condition of the surface. Apply the adhesive with a notched trowel so that min. 65% of the tile surface is covered with adhesive. When bonding heavy ceramic tiles, apply an additional layer of adhesive to the back of the tile. Place the tiles on top of the applied glue, adjusting them left-right, up-down. The joints between the tiles are filled with FUGALIN grout min. 24 hours after installation. After placing the tiles, immediately wash the tools with water.
Operating temperature: During operation,
temperatures should be from +5 °C to +30 °C.
Atmospheric conditions can affect the curing process.
